硅膠制品的工藝流程是如何生產加工的呢?它的制造流程以及工藝都非常復雜，必須先制作出模具才能夠做出產品;一些對于硅膠制品不了解的新客戶來說生產流程是有些難度，因為在加工硅膠制品、我方必須持有貴方的圖紙，比如是2D圖紙、或是3D圖紙，同樣的情況、若是沒有圖紙有樣品也是可以由我方進行制造。

對于圖紙或是樣品都必須要加工的產品，這是我們兩方合作的首要目標，既然必須要制作出樣品，那么我們必須先做好樣品模具;樣品模具又稱為手模，客戶若提供的是樣品，我們會根據樣品測量尺寸;計算出某個部位的精確尺寸;客戶提供了2D圖紙，我們還需要自己制作出3D圖紙，如果客戶直接性的提供了3D圖紙，這樣即可按照3D圖紙制造樣板模具;也讓整個流程更簡單化，硅膠制品的樣品模是不一樣的開發工業，它必須經過重復制作，如有四個模口，從第一個一直做到第四個，從第一個口出來的硅膠產品尺寸是不符合，它會較大，而一直接著做下去，到了第四個模或是第三個直接會做出相差不多的尺寸，而這個時候我們也就可以找到相差不多尺寸來調節了;當然確認樣品質量是最重要一環節，也是我們在日后中必須每每做好一次都確認好質量、尺寸、規格。

The first one has been fourth, the size of the silicone product from the first port is not fit, it will be larger, and keep going on, to the fourth models or third directly to make the same size, and at this time we can find a little difference in size to adjust; of course, confirm the quality of the sample. It is the most important link, and we must confirm the quality, size and specifications in the future.
在樣品模具和樣品經過了我方的確認好之后，即可把樣品寄給客戶，待客戶確認好樣品是否按照自己給出的圖紙一樣、規格一樣;我方和貴方才進入下一步洽談批量生產環節。
